Yoga Infused braids the ancient wisdoms of the human body, a yoga practice, and plant wisdom for an enhanced experience of deep personal connection and transformation. Incorporating Young Living essential oils into a yoga or meditation practice, supports the body(ies) on every layer: Pure, grade A essential oils heighten sensory awareness for deeper exploration into self; partner with your body’s intelligence to support maximum function of all of your body systems; and they increase your body’s capacity to draw in the positive benefits of a practice.
In special 90-minute- 2.5 hr Kripalu yoga infused classes (gentle, Yin, moderate, vigorous, or restorative), Tanya introduces and invites participants to experiment with approximately five, 100% pure, Grade A essential oils as we flow through meditation, pranayama (breath work), and asana (postures).

What is Kripalu Yoga?
Kripalu Yoga is an inquiry-based yoga methodology that promotes the awakening of the life force (prana). Using classic asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques, Kripalu Yoga increases awareness of body, breath, and mind and encourages natural alignment. Off the mat, this inquiry-based approach to life also encourages natural alignment and increased awareness of our thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. In this way, Kripalu Yoga is the inquiry of optimal living.
Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
Tanya Robie possesses a unique talent as a yoga instructor. Having very little previous yoga experience, I began taking Tanya’s Kripalu Yoga class with the simple goal of gaining flexibility in my body. What I discovered through her teaching style was a flexibility of mind that I never imagined I could achieve. In her yoga classes, Tanya’s smooth flow of verbal imagery, explanation, and physical guidance serve to very effectively deepen one’s practice as she fosters a very profound yet accessible connection between mind and body. Her hour-and-fifteen minute class has all the magic of timelessness.
